Pikes in Politics

Pikes in Politics
Pikes have been in politics since Pi Kappa Alpha's founding. Frederick Southgate Taylor and Littleton Waller Tazewell, two of the Fraternity's founders, were the first to hold public office, setting the example of citizens devoted to public service. Since 1895, hundreds of Pikes have served in public office - from local, state and national offices to the United States Congress. This exhibit highlights Pikes who have served in the U.S. Congress.
